It’s easy to see why Grindz has a strong following. The cabinet is packed daily with such fresh delights like their legendary lemon and cream cheese muffins and a menu chocka with choices.

They take care of alternative dietary requirements; offering gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, sugar-free, raw and substitute milks. You can also relax while the kids are kept busy in the playroom and there are two separate board rooms for meetings, along with free WiFi.

When you want to unwind from your daily grind, then Grindz is where it's at.

The environment space, the beautiful arty decor, outside seating and ofcourse the yummy food as well as the staff very friendly and helpful always serve with a smile..love it!!!!

    Great service, awesome food and atmosphere.

      This popular café has doubled in size in the last few years. Decked out in comfortable retro style of the forties/fifties it’s relaxed, warm and friendly with couches around a glowing fire to cosy up to on a cold day. There’s a child-friendly toy room and several meeting rooms. The day I called in the queue was nearly out the door. It cleared quickly and there was lots of seats available. There’s a few deli items on sale as well and a wonderful array of cakes and lunch bites. The double-shot medium coffee was one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time.

        No matter what your food preference Steve and Lesley and their friendly team make sure they have a nourishing soup to warm you up on these chilly days when the wind is sweeping in from the south. How does a sugar and dairy free beetroot, cashew and coconut cream soup, with an optional feta sound? So many sweet and healthy raw treats to follow up with. Toy room will keep the littlies entertained while you indulge.

            This cafe is pretty much humming any day of the week - which is always a good sign. Well known for their great coffee, their cabinet also boasts a great range of salads. This is an especially good choice for parents with young children and is very breastfeeding friendly.

              There is nothing better than after sports on Saturday going to have an amazing hot chocolate, smoothie and REAL Whole food. This is a favourite of my daughters and myself. Yum. #cafetab

                    Thisiis my fav cafe, they use fusion beans from the local fusion roastery, amazing atmosphere, lovely staff, a great kids room and great food, everything you could want in a cafe with easy parking.
