Hannahs St Lukes

When you first enter this store, it looks like there's not a lot of stock.  For instance, I first thought they had no children's shoes.  It's actually deceptive, as when you have a closer look for what you want, there is a reasonable range.  They always seem to have a sale on too, so it would be rare to pay full price.

Went in here in search of some nice flat casual boots. The store was displayed so nicely and there was lots of room to maneuver the pram around which is a bonus when shopping with small children. I was able to move throughout the store and have a really good look without getting trapped between displays and having to leave. The staff were all busy at the time but all seemed very happy and helpful to the customers.

Bought men's shoes 2 weeks ago. Nice shoes but a small reinforcement string started to come out. Went back to the store Monday, 9am, opening time with my receipt, talked to the very attractive manageress, she quickly assessed the situation, got new pair of the same shoes, same size, swapped with a smile. Nice to see that there is still outthere some intelligent & good looking friendly efficient young people. Satisfied Customer. Keep it up Hannahs. I'll be back. The Hannahs sales are legendary in our house. I have huge issues finding comfortable shoes so when I do I usually pick up two pairs. Once I found the perfect casual Hush Puppies and actually bought 4! (I’m working my way through the last pair now). I’ve been going to Hannah’s since my school days and it’s still the first port of call when I need something in black leather…

Hannahs always represents quality and good leather shoes as my Mum would say.  I get my kids school shoes at Hannahs and from time to time find something I like. Early this year I bought my partner some fantastic mens boots here.  Black leather and really styley.  He loves them and can pass them off as dressy shoes under pants or trendy boots.  They were on sale at the time so a really reasonable price.  Probably the best buy I've made in a long while.   Staff here at the St Lukes store as are pretty helpful and nice too. Of course there's never parking issues at this mall.
