Poor experience with this company, Received a $123.05 bill for a 10 min call out (Tech was already in the area) to look at what should have been a Rinnai warranty job, he heard a leak and said it wasn't warranty - nothing was actually fixed. Terms of trade were not discussed and I was not told that there would be a charge at all let alone a full hour, I would have asked the tech to actually fix the leak if I had known I was being charged for the next 50 mins of his time.
