As well as their all-round expertise, Liza and her team are unfailingly caring - of both the pets and, just as much, the anxious pet parents! They always have time for that extra chat and reassurance. The clinic feels welcoming and user-friendly (our cat might not exactly agree, but he gets plenty of TLC).
