My daughter mowed over the electric mower cord, fortunately near plug end I thought (it was on an extension lead!) Mower not being made any more & a very sealed plug unit, would have to buy a total new lead...very expensive. Phoned Colin, (didn't know him) he said bring it in. He went out the back & found me a pre-loved plug, very different looking from the original, still heavy duty,  but it did the trick! I ended up paying 1/4 of the cost of a new lead & left a very happy customer. I was impressed by his neat & tidy reception area & his "home made" wide metal fly screen type curtain/door to out the back  & also his friendly & helpful service, nothing was too much trouble, he's a rare breed! I would & do recommend him to everyone.
