I have just signed up to this gym after trying several in Auckland. I have had some trials where you just join the class without them really checking how much experience you have. Here they actually have a class just for new people with 2 instructors, 1 which takes 1 person at the time to do some technique and let you know what classes you are safe to do, safety always first!! It is very authentic, lovely vibes and great trainers. On top of that when it comes to price, it's one of the most affordable.
