The Jo Malone store in Britomart is the English fragrance house’s only New Zealand retail outlet, and what a treat it is to visit! You can book in for a fragrance combining session with one of their wonderful and knowledgable staff, or indulge in a hand and arm massage when the mood takes you. They have a huge collection of personal fragrances as well as everyday luxuries for your home, including their much lusted after candles. You won’t leave empty handed.
Mum introduced me to Jo Malones scents and I just had to see the store! Woah the items are soo beautiful, from room fragrances, perfumes, candles and drawer liners… The scents are delicate and sexy! There is woody, citrus, fruity and floral fragrances and I adore the vanilla ! They combine the fragrance to an art (this is possibly the trick)!
I chanced into Jo Malone's today which proved to be an enchanting and delightful assault on my senses. The light and airy, atmosphere was reminescent of days of old, with pottles and potions glinting on glass shelves. The packaging and bottling is wonderful, and a joy to behold. The staff were particularly helpful, as we sprayed and waved tiny cardboard wands of scents. I came away coveting practically the whole store. The perfect place to treat yourself or buy that someone a very special, elegant and beautifully perfumed gift.
