Kaikoura Beach is a great swimming beach, especially during summer. The beach has quick and easy access to get to and from it, and is a popular destination amongst both locals and tourists.

Although not on the main beach, there are some great places up and down the coast for those who love fishing and surfing.

The number of attractions at this place just keep growing. Go on a whale and dolphin watching tour, admire the seals sunbathing on the warm rocks, or take part in some shell fish gathering!
