what a great shopping experience we just had in L'Occitane Albany thanks to Jade. Went in with just the intention of asking around, maybe get a whiff of good smelling stuff but was so happily captivated by the marketing skills and so much product knowledge that we went out with more than 1 purchase. Thanks Jade for the experience and for taking care of us. I hope a lot of the store customers get to experience your brand of marketing and care... and hope the store give you a raise :) - Maria, (with my will-come-back-soon-to-buy-more husband), shopped 28.10.23 at around 10am :)

      Everything in this store smells yummy and is packaged and presented beautifully..a lovely store to find a gift...a bit pricey but quality always costs, and it's worth the extra.
