La Thai is a popular Thai restaurant located in the much-visited historic French settlement of Akaroa. Situated on Beach Road, customers can enjoy fabulous views over the picturesque harbour while tucking into a range of authentic meals prepared by their team of talented Thai chefs.

Open daily from 11am to 3pm for lunch and from 5pm for dinner, there is seating both inside and out, along with the option to takeaway.

La Thai is a brilliant name for a Thai restaurant based in a French suburb of Christchurch. This place is awesome with amazing views of the Akaroa Harbour. For the ultimate culinary experience in Akaroa head here - you won't be disappointed. I like to go for a quick lunch before heading to Christchurch. And what to eat? I can never go past the pad thai!
