I loved my time here, enjoyed the swim and was impressed with the clean showers and facilities.  Definitely will be returning and I'm also considering a membership, as I was that impressed. Thanks!

Great pools without the entrance fee! The quality, and hygiene of the pools are quite good, considering it's free, unlike some of the other pools I have visited. The changing rooms have plenty of seats and hooks available to hang up clothes, as well as toilets, warm showers, and power points to plug in hair dryers and stylers. There are three pools- 1 large Olympic pool, 1 normal large pool and small toddlers pool. There are lockers available for hire as well as cubicles to store your possessions in. The centre also has a spa and sauna, although these will need to be paid for.

Love that it is free and the pools for toddlers are great fun! My kids don't get sick of this place!

I'm totally stoked to have such a great pool facility locally which is free for us to use.  The toddlers pool has been perfect for my boy since we first took him at 3 months.  The lap pool is great if you pick the right time of day when it's not too busy!  Often late morning or mid afternoon there's not too many people.  Now that the carpark has been extended, getting to the pool is much more manageable.  Only downer is the water has a massive amount of chlorine in it - better to have no bugs I know, but you have to really scrub yourself off after a swim!  Great facility.

I have mixed feelings about Lloyd Elsmore on one hand I dislike the environment of the pool as I find it very claustrophobic but on the other I like the way they try different fitness activities. The latest is Kranking, not available else where in Auckland. Its like (but not like) spin class for the upper body. You do need to try it to see for yourself.
