Another patron of the chunky chip, Lone star pack them on the plate like they’re going out of fashion, but the buffalo chips are to die for so it’s okay, eat as many as you like! The crunch on these chips are on point, and the best part is that you can choose between the thick buffalo chips and the straight cut fries! Their aioli goes great with them too, really smooth and isn’t overpowered by the garlic.

Huge delicious meals that are good value. Love going here for a treat - especially in Winter when you crave something hearty and soul warming.

Lonestar is famous for their giant and hearty portions that fill you up and make you feel satisfied for the rest of the night. Their campfire burrito is an amazing experience for any vegetarian out there, with a flour tortilla filled with rice, roasted vegetables, and a spicy bean mix; heck the meat-eaters may even love it too!

If you want to go somewhere this Easter to get your sweet tooth screaming, the Lonestar dessert menu has you covered. How does a Kahlua and moro bar cheesecake sound to you? For me, I definitely sank my teeth into it, and it also comes with their special chocolate sauce. Another favourite is the Jack Daniels chocolate fudge pudding, two words: self saucing. This is a rich dessert that satisfies even the toughest of chocolate critics!

If you’re looking for a place to get very generous portions that are actually affordable, Lone Star would be the place to go. What I love is that they offer half sizes on their menu for a cheaper price; and for someone like me who can’t fit in as much as I used to, this is such an amazing thing! The Johnny Cash Stash is a popular dish with single or double stuffed chicken breast served with their famous buffalo chips and coleslaw.
