Lucy and The Powder Room is an absolute treat! Located in the lavish Department Store, visiting can be an experience. With a coffee shop downstairs and an extensive range of brands from Ruby to Topshop, you might get distracted on your way in. Once there the girls there will treat you like royalty. Lucy and The Powder Room offers special treatments such as organic shellac. The service and treatments here are fit for royalty, the price is slightly higher than a normal beautician though it is always worth it. The perfect place to treat yourself or a friend!

    The Marr Lab has a small but perfectly formed selection of beauty products including one of my favourite at the moment - Synergie. They also have Lucy Marr’s own brand Sans and the powerful Osmosis range. All natural and all very effective.

      Next I would pop in to Lucy and the Powder room for one of their latest pampering packages - perhaps a skin rejuvenating treatment and foot massage. Then a browse of the powerful natural skincare available to take home. I highly recommend the Synergie range, it leaves your skin feeling amazing after each application.

        I had a wonderful experience at Lucy and the Powder Room last week. I got a mini-facial which lasted for half an hour, and then a lovely manicure. The facial was with products that Ellen selected based on my skin conditions and concerns, and she left my skin glowing afterwards. The manicure was very detail oriented - doing my cuticles, filing them just the way that I liked them and making sure they looked perfect. There was a large range of polishes to choose from which was a real plus. I even had herbal tea while my nails were being done. I would definitely love to return here.

          For some girly indulgence it’s super fun to hit up Lucy and Powder Room for a manicure with a friend and catch up while being pampered. The girls that work here are always super lovely, and the place itself is effortlessly stylish.

            I had no idea that beauty spot Lucy & The Powder Room was open Sundays until I was offered an appointment there recently, and now I’ll never look back! Takapuna parking was plentiful and free, whilst the Powder Room itself was sun filled and serene and there was ample time for a little shopping both before and after. The best Sunday I have treated myself to in a long time, and suggest you do the same!

              Lucy and the Powder Room in The Department Store is the perfect place to take your mum for a treat. You could make it a girls day out and sink deep into a sheepskin draped chairs for a manicure and pedicure in the relaxing surroundings or send her off for a private treatment, from the High Potency Organic Infusion to rejuvenate her skin to a Sans Bio Active Body Scrub for glowing skin from head to toe. It is well worth browsing the products available next door at the Marr Lab for the latest from Osmosis and Lucy Marr's own Sans. There is also the rest of The Department Store to explore to really top the experience off.
