Luxury Nails New Lynn

This place is definitely NOT Luxury! They are rude, cheap (as in the products they use, not the prices), and crap! Their customer service is terrible, their nail service is terrible and their hygiene is beyond disgusting! The woman I had made my feet look worse; she removed my old nail polish and got it everywhere all over my toes and you can still see it, my 3 year old would do a better job! She was gossiping in her language to the other workers the whole time, not concentrating on what she was doing, she kept stopping to gossip to her mate!!! They were obviously talking about a customer who had walked in, laughing and staring, they think you are silly and don't know what they're saying. The foot scrub and leg rub was completely uneven, the massage chair wasn't working, they use scrubbers and tools then put them straight back contaminating the other stuff, SO unhygienic! Their nail polishes were all old and almost empty. It's my own fault for needing a last minute pedicure for a wedding and I knew I shouldn't have gone here! Won't be back that's for sure. Be aware this place is gross and these people are not "nail techs" They are totally clueless!

I was asked abruptly to come back in 30 mins when I asked to get shellac they did to be taken off, when I got back i had to wait further & another customer walked in for colour with her daughter & was seen too straight away by the lady I was told to wait. I then left. Bad customer services and over price. I use to go there bit but they are horrible so I won't be returning!

Went to Luxury nails today as they have such great reviews. I had to wait 10 minutes which was fine. Service was good, quality of pedicure was great. Friendly service. The only thing I'd suggest is that they have more staff on. They were so busy that one lady beside me had her feet soaking for my whole pedicure and wasn't seen to until I'd finished. I guess the influx of customers just shows how popular they are. I'd go back again

Waking up early one Sunday morning I looked at my toes and decided they were in desperate need of attention so I decided to try out Luxury Nails.  I walked in and straight away I was in the comfy pedicure chair.  It had been a while since they had been looked at but they soaked, scrubbed and filed away all the problems.  Weeks later the colour still looks great.  Definitely will be returning here again - it has been hard to find a great pedicure place that is reasonably priced and good quality.

Walked in this morning and within minutes was sitting down having a great manicure and pedicure. Price was great also.

I am about to book an appointment here because everybody I talk to seems to tell me about this place and say the greatest things about it! Just today I was told that they did the best job with a friend's acrylics that she had ever had and she has been to many places over the years!
