We have used Matrix for alarm monitoring for 6 years and they have never missed a beat. We have had zero issues. A faultless service. So reassuring.  Once we had a problem with Matrix not detecting our property in their system and Matrix helped us diagnose that it was a problem with the phone line. Which is more than I can say for the telecomms staff who assumed it was a fault with the alarm device and didn't come out to diagnose the problem properly for a week! (Turns out a telephone cable in our street was faulty/worn.) The Matrix sales and customer service staff and alarm device technicians are very knowledgable, professional and friendly.
