I need two things from a car: Reliability and safety. that why I need a good mechanic. MCR is excellent. Woman friendly - no pin ups, courteous and no comment too silly. Always warning me ahead when things are coming up so I can plan eg money  I take my car in, they take me to work then collect me at the end of the day. I love the texting 'Your car is ready'. And above all not too costly.
