It’s probably been there forever now but it still feels like a new arrival, oozing hipness and great coffee in equal measure. The kinda of cafe where in twenty years we’ll discover that geniuses first met at and talked about their favourite National tracks. I think I’m just cool enough to maybe sit outside it but the tables are at weird angles so that’s a bit out of the question.
The original Flight Coffee house, this friendly little space on Dixon Street draws in coffee connoisseurs, hipsters, gym bunnies and many other groups who gravitate to great coffee and service. Let Bink and his team choose you a single origin or alternative brewing method, and catch up on the gossip with these cool, smiley kids.
Every time I come in here I get the best service, food and coffee. Bink and his team have perfected the art of service, the team always seem to be smiling and make you feel at ease. Pop on in and experience what I get every time I come in here. they have vouchers too, so you feel the same way, buy a voucher for a mate so they can experience Memphis Belle Coffee House.
I don't drink coffee regularly because it makes me flip out, but when I do, one of the easiest and most well-noted places to get it is Memphis Belle in the heart of the city. The place is always buzzing and littered with people. And if you're a coffee lover the range is wide enough for you to get your chemex or V60 fix. The staff are lovely and I have on more than one occasion engaged in friendly yelling with the barista over the noise of the espresso machines.
