Mi Gym Nelson is a great inner city gym - close to the centre of town on Bridge Street so it's very convenient for those who work in town. There's a 24 hour membership option, and they have a great range of classes for all types - spin. box fit, pump etc, at good times to fit around the working day.
I like MiGym because it seems pretty friendly, it’s not intimidating and the staff are professional but very helpful. MiGym runs excellent spin classes, pump classes and has all the facilities you’d expect from a well run gym. But there’s more- MiGym is open by keycard access 24/7 365 days a week, so you can got for a work out any time of day and night. And it’s run by world class adventure racer Trevor Voyce (Team Seagate) and his partner Rachel, so they really know what they are doing.
