Talking to the team here we have received some great advise and service, it even saved us money. There had been a problem with a trademark application which was resulting in a dispute. We had lodged an appeal on line and charged it to a credit card. Turns out we were to speedy and we didn't need to appeal as a couple of day later the dispute was withdrawn. They phoned us to advise us of what had happened then refunded the credit card straight away. Great Service
