The goods are on the counter most weekends, but a warning to late risers – get in early because they run out the door.

Paolo Pancotti, is the man behind pop-up restaurant, Molto Italian Kitchen, at Red Barrel Winery. Italian food is in this man's blood and in true Italian style his family is right behind him. An award-winning chef, with a long international pedigree, Paolo offers a blend of true Italian cuisine and what Hawke's Bay does best, fresh local produce in season. But, you are going to have to wait until spring to taste it when the restaurant reopens.
