Mr Sandless is not only  green certified but is the  ONLY Sensitive Choice® approved service of the Asthma foundation  New Zealand for wood floor refinishing. So you know our products are safer for you and all your family including pets. All done in a day you never have to move out and you can walk on our floors 1 hour after the last coat has been applied. Almost all of the floors we refinish we use our Sandless refinishing system. The process is very similar to a light sanding but we use a specialised high speed floor machine with an assortment of different abrasive pads along with our own patented non -toxic green certified wet solution to prepare your floors for finishing. Everything that comes off the floor stays contained in the solution. That’s why we create no dust or mess.  Our process won’t damage the floor and is widely used in buildings and homes whose floors cannot be sanded any further and even for floors that can never be sanded. We seal the floor with our own brand of commercial grade finish. It looks like urethane, lasts likes urethane, and you clean it like urethane. But unlike urethane there is no odour, no poisons and it dries in about an hour. This is why our floors look so good and last so long! So we can literally seal your floor with multiple coats in just hours. We offer a 5 year warranty that our finish won’t crack, chip, peel, or yellow that’s the Mr. Sandless® way! Should you floor fall into the other small percentage of floors that are unsuitable for this process, which are floors that have glue, shellac, uneven boards or large holes in them, then it becomes a 2 day process instead of 1 day but the good news is you still don’t need to move out though it is more expensive than our standard service.

we came across Mr Sandless at a home show after just having 3 bedrooms urethaned and still had 2 lounges hallway kitchen and dining to do and was not looking forward to moving out for another week let alone putting up with the horrible smell from the urethane as well as the dust Mr Sandless said they could do it all in a day with no smell or dust. We have done up our house and one of the cheapest parts of the renovation was the floors refinished by Mr Sandless and yet it's the part of the renovation that attracts the most comments about how great they look. It was done all min a day like their ad says and there was no smell or dust and we were walking on them that night.

Our wooden floors were looking really horriable all dull and patchy after years of wear . Leanne and Barry from Mr Sandless made them look the best they ever have in fact they even look better than when they were new. All in one day with no smell  and we didn't have to move out and  we could even walk on them that night. When we took up the carpet the tongue and groove was two different colours. Mr Sandless coloured the foyer floor soon it was even. My daughter is an asthmatic and there was absolutely no odour with this process. The floors look great.You can see the photos on their web site
