No one can make cookies like Ma Higgins can. It’s a strong-willed person – or one without a sense of smell - who can walk past their Lambton Quay shop without at least slowing down, but when it’s comfort food you’re after, their three-cookie deal is hard to beat. My personal favourite is the raspberry and white chocolate cookie, but if you’d rather, there are cupcakes
