QueenStown store DISAPPOINTED!!!! POOR customer care!!I never comment on google... WHEN CAN I GET MY REPLACEMENT? Noel Leeming, is that the way how you treat your customers? 31/7 Got the new surface book2 2/8 can’t reboot the laptop and sent it to (queenstown store) to get it repair... It has been MORE THAN 2weeks.......!! The staff just keep telling me to wait wait and wait. One staff told me that will arrive within 6 days on 6 Aug One told me that will arrive last week And then?? And the thing is..... I got all the update and details from calling them, emailing them(three times and just got one reply), asking the staff in person . Does it mean that if I don’t ask..i don’t walk into the store... i don’t call and email Noel leeming will never notice their customers about the status of their order?? Or Noel leeming don’t care ,,,after customers pay..? P.s. at the second time I went to the store and ask for refund(because i don’t want to wait).. i was told that they can’t make a decision and they have to wait for Microsoft to reply....and they said that they can’t reach the Microsoft at that time..what then..?? ( you have to wait...blahblahblah...) I just wanna know when can i get my replacement and or refund or just reply the email or just help me to track the item where is it now?? But not just keep telling me to wait and wait and wait..!!!!

I have purchased Home Theater with 5 years warranty from Noel Leeming. The unit has got fault in it and instead of giving me an upgraded unit they are trying to refund my money by which I can not purchase of the same spec product with that money. I emailed several time to sort out the problem but they did not get back to me in time. For the last few weeks I am trying to get hold of the head office to get the contacts to speak to but I have been mistreated by the customer care and the commercial office of Auckland. Last week the commercial office gave me a contact email of Ana Louise whom I emailed but no one get back to me. I want to take this case to the Commerce Commission to get a resolution. If anyone help me in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks

We were burgled a little while ago and the Insurance company arranged a credit with Noel Leeming to organise replacement of our electronics. I was a little worried as I’m a bit of a technogeek and was dreading having to explain the items we’d lost and ensuring the replacements were of tge same spec. I needn’t have worried as the person assigned to my case was as passionate about gadgetry as I was! He took care of me through the whole process and even went back to the Insurance company to arrange an upgraded TV as the model we’d bought had been discontinued and the closest match was actually in the next level up! I wouldn’t hesitate to head in for any large home purchases, for a large department store their staff really know their stuff!

Hi. My name is Kathleen. On Saturday 26-05-2012 I visited Noel Leemings in Papakura to redeem my fly buys gift. I didn't know that you had to log onto the internet & fill all your flybuys info in. Prinder Kaur did this for me. I was really impressed with her customer service & her friendly manner. After filling in my form she then went in search of the remote cars I wanted. Very well done Prinder 10/10 for you my dear. We will see you again real soon.
