Nu to U deals exclusively in high-end and designer gear, which is great for when you want the big name labels but don't want to fork out the price tag that usually comes with them.

As a self-confessed shopaholic, I’m always looking for places that will provide me with gorgeous fashion while preserving my bank account. Nu to U is a recycled clothing boutique in Parnell that’s been around since 1987. It specializes in local and international designer brands. Nu to U is not just any old used clothing store - the owner accepts only the best in stock, which is why all of the clothes are in impeccable shape. If you’re new to op shops, this is probably the perfect place to ease yourself in - you definitely won’t get that icky, old, somebody-else’s-clothes feeling here!

Man, do I love Parnell housewives. They seem to sell a lot of their unwanted DESIGNER stuff here, and it is a treasure trove. If you're a smaller woman you will need to hunt but it is well worth it. I found the BEST muted gold handbag here once. It sounds ugly, but it was amazing. RIP, Goldy.

The ladies who work here at Nu to U are simply wonderful. We dropped off an asymmetrical hat (Don't ask us why we bought it!) late last year to sell and have been in regular contact with the lovely sales women. Finally, the hat sold and we went in to collect our money. It was the same warm woman who we initially dropped the hat off who also gave us directions for another jaunt. They have a fantastic and varied range of stock which turns over regularly. Next time, we'll return to buy!
