Oceanz Seafood in Silverdale is run by the Oceanz Seafood Markets company. Established in 2003, they are currently NZ's largest specialist seafood retailer with five stores around Auckland.

The multi award-winning Silverdale branch serves what regulars say are some of the finest fish and chips in the country, with the option to crumb, batter or grill their fresh fillets.

They also sell whitebait fritters, mussels, oysters, hot dogs, burgers and much more, while families can take advantage of some great value meals deals.

Great location just before the turn off to Whangaparaoa this is a perfect place to stop in a grab some super fresh seafood on the way home from work!!  I often purchase the snapper and sometimes the fresh squid and am always happy with the quality.  Have also sat outside on a sunny day to enjoy the fish and chips, often busy on a weekend but worth a little wait.
