Odd mother is like walking into your groovey grandmas house. It’s so comfortable, the furniture is all mismatched which makes it feel lovely and homely. As well as usual cafe stuff they have magazines, bits of art, clothes and knick knacks to buy. They do a brilliant soy latte and last time I was there I got a totally decadent chocolate owl. It was massive and had a malt biscuit base, with Whittakers white chocolate and jelly beans on top - delightfully naughty!
