Where to start - On walking to the counter I was greeted by several friendly staff.  My order was taken and fresh, hot food delivered within 3 to 4 minutes (which I think is fine for made to order). I really enjoyed the hot chips with chicken seasoning, The grilled chicken burger tasted very good and the bun was fresh and soft. Not much more to say - very enjoyable and will definitely return.

    Im still in search for that really good chicken burger like you get in America!  I have yet to find it.  But Oporto is ok, I like that its grilled not fried but I think the buns are way to big for the portion of chicken you actually get on the burger.  The counter service was friendly though and was very helpful as we were first timers.

      Amazing fresh-grilled chicken and burgers with tastiest sauce. Love the mouthwatering BONDI burger and perfect chicken strip with chips. Would love to go there quite often for good customer service and tastiest food in town.

        Went here few weeks ago,service with good. Was serviced with a smile and my order was correct. They said my order was made fresh so waiting for more than 5minutes was fine with me. It seemed rude how the lady manager was screaming at her staff. Other than that great food!

          we hopped into oporto for lunch and ordered two quarter chickens. The food when it came was nice and hot and we liked it. however the service was pretty lack luster. the guy who served us had a big frown on his face, and we had to wait nearly 7-8 minutes before the food came. not impressed with the speed of delivering the food. they need to hurry up.

            The chicken is always awesome here and I have been to a few other Oportos in Auckland and actually find that they tend to use more sauce here, within the wraps/burgers here...which is always a good thing! The service is what lets this place down for me. Twice I have been here and they have messed up my order. Other than that, good times. Also this Oportos is located in a foodcourt, so depending what time of day you go, seating could be limited.

              Not bad food if your grabbing lunch at the foodcourt. The chicken is good as tastes more real than say McDonald’s. Plus the chilli is really good!

                compared to other places this oporto sells good food but need improvement in approach & service

                  I've always struck nice, friendly staff. They make your food to order, and rather quickly. Delicious tender chicken, with lots of low carb options.

                    This is the only place I’ve ever had Oporto in Auckland but they do a mean chicken burger. If you have an entertainment book check it out for a voucher
