Also the contractor's communication in English stinks. They think they know (e.g. can or can't easily miscommunicated) giving the wrong information across. Worst off they do not admit they are wrong causing the time wastings and delays.

We've been with Orcon for a few years now and find their packages reasonably priced for an all-inclusive internet and phone package.  We have stuck to having a landline that is not internet-based as we know of others who have problems with these.  We recently signed up for a 12 month contract to get a better deal. The service to do this was awesome.  Unfortunately, the same cannot be said when we have had problems with our internet or landline not working.  You often have to wait on hold for a very long time and they never seem to know what is going on.  Last time we had to ask the Chorus workers and neighbours in our street to get the true story.  The Orcon staff kept trying to suggest that the problem might be ours, when actually the whole street was down.
