Tried the lamb to share and it was very tender and delish. I do however wish the waiter recommended some veges or some greens too

    This is a stunning space with glorious views so before you even order you know you're somewhere special. A perfect place for drinks and nibbles or a beautiful fresh lunch. The ceviche is spectacular and refreshing; a fine showcase of one of the many impressive fish dishes.

      Great venue. And Little John is a star.

        Ostro is by far my favourite place to eat in Auckland at the moment. Great atmosphere, venue, setting and the food is so delicious! Been there twice now and had the oysters, seared yellowfin tuna, steamed snapper and angus short rib of beef which were all amazing! For dessert I've pretty much tasted all of them. The best were the vanilla panacotta and chocolate/coffee mousse. This is definitely a place to check out, if you can get a table that is!

          Beautiful venue. Outstanding food. Fabulous wine selection. Impeccable service. What more could one want?

              Two Words: THE PASTA. Greta, atmosphere, great food and great drinks!

                What’s not to like about a harbour front view, delicious artistic food, 3 stories up, looking out over the Harbour Bridge, Rangitoto, etc and etc? Yep, gimme that any day. Bliss.

                  Everyone is talking about Ostro! An outstanding seafood bar, delicious entrees and particularly tasty sea views. I am presently trying to convince my beau to buy me the seafood platter for our two year anniversary... He doesn't have to help me eat it....
