Great little late night bar in the "lower westside" of the CBD. Bit of a hospo hangout after hours. Excellent cocktails. Small. Friendly. Relaxed. Did I say small?

Very comfortable and friendly wine bar half way up shortland street and on the first floor. All dark wood and leather. Excellent wine list. Great place to escape the crowds.

Although technically a restaurant, has a large bar area with a huge open fire and great selection of wine. Tasty tapas too!

Service is always so wonderfully friendly... and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The excellent menu never fails to impress. We always bring guests from overseas here and every one of them has loved it. Great selection of wines as well. Really hard to fault the place.

Fantastically busy and buzzing. Outstanding food which warrants the regular appearance of this place in various top restaurant lists. Every dish a masterpiece, but what really sets this place apart is the staff: confident, knowledgeable and on pointe, with a degree of enthusiasm I've not seen anywhere else in NZ. Bravo!
