Paper Plus has always been a favourite of mine when it comes to birthday card shopping. They had a much better variety than countdown, and they sell some awesome recycled paper cards that just have that extra bit of uniqueness to them. I love Paper Plus at the Base as that's probably one of their larger stores too.
