PBT Couriers - Head Office

Awful experience...the worst service i've ever encountered with a courier company. My very expensive item sent from Hamilton to Auckland has supposedly been sitting in the Auckland depot for 2 weeks. I emailed them, no answer. I've had to call them every time to get updates because there is no tracking update on their website. They say they'll call back but never do. Now they're saying they can't find my large 33kg parcel.

We've been using PBT Couriers for years now.  We've always found them really good to deal with.  They pick up courier parcels promptly and, as far as we know, deliver them promptly too.  One of the best things about them is their on-line tracking system.  Unlike other courier companies we've used, their system does actually track a parcel. Using the code, you can see each step of the journey a parcel takes.  It makes it really handy if something goes wrong, which rarely happens.
