They've got pretty much everything you would need for just about any pet. The store is generally too busy (although the parking lot would look like it is at times). The employees are generally good about coming to help you fairly quickly but sometimes they're tied up with any number of the puppies or birds in the store. The loyalty program is a nice perk too. I like that the vet is across the road so you can knock out two task at once.
I know I have done a rave before but today they went the extra mile again for me and my dog. Not only did they squeeze us into their busy schedule but charged no fee to check the wound to see if anything more needed to be done after my quick thinking home remedy to stop bleeding. This vet clinic gets an A+ from me every time!!
Its always a taxing decision taking your dog to the vet, whose good? value for money? friendly trustworthy staff? well Animates has it all, i felt comfortable leaving my beloved dog with them and within a few days he was back to his usual self. the staff explained everything, let me know what was happening, follow up calls the lot. great service and hopefully i wont be back soon, but if i am i know where i'm going.
