The Pizzas at Pomodoro are heaven on a thin crust. Authentic italian style, with fresh tomato bases and stretchy mozzarella. They also do free delivery on Mondays, to kill the start-of-week-blues.

Pizza is the best food, that much is not up for discussion. Pizza Pomodoro might just be the best in Wellington, I know that is a big claim, but I also know I know my pizza. The authentic, wood-fired, thin crust treats are literally (actually, figuratively) to die for, They also do free delivery, just saying. The capricciosa is unbeatable.

Pizza Pomodoro, the best pizza in town perfect for that Valentines Day done right. Grab a Pizza go somewhere nice or home with a great bottle of wine and you have all the ingredients needed for that perfect day. The pizza here is next level great so you will have a great time with it no matter the occasion, and it should definitely not be confined to just Valentines Day, with Pizza this good, it should be everyday.

A clear winner for best pizza in Wellington, Pizza Pomodoro! Hands down, some of the best Pizza I’ve ever had, with some seriously good dough work. The $10 margherita on Wednesday is a steal and free delivery on Monday and Tuesday for orders over $18 are great to grab as well. Though mostly a takeaway place, you can sit in at Goldings Free Dive Bar just across the lane and have one brought to you. One of two members of the True Neopolitan Pizza Association in New Zealand, it’s a must try if you like pizza and are in Wellington.

Pizza Pomodoro is an institution in Wellington, and as such, it tastes like home. It’s my go-to on Wednesday nights when margaritas are $10, and you can’t get a better pizza for better value in the city. But you can’t go wrong with Pizza Pomodoro on any night of the week, it’s that delicious.

This is the type of pizza you always end up burning your mouth on because it's so damn good you can't wait another minute for it to cool down. Massimo is a true pizza genius. $10 magarita Wednesday is the best deal around and they deliver for those....lesser functioning days.

Pizza Pomodoro is another favourite pizza joint of Wellingtonians, known for its preference of buffalo mozzarella as a topping and thicker, more bread-y base than a number of the others in the area. On Monday and Tuesday, delivery is free for internet orders over about $20, which is a great way to usher in the working week; on Wednesday, margheritas are $10, and on Thursday, orders over $19 receive a free pizza bread. Pizza Pomodoro will also deliver to Goldings Free Dive beer bar, across the road on Eva St.

Probably Wellington’s best takeaway pizza - their Ortolana and O’Sole Mio are my two favourites. You can also eat Pizza Pomodoro pizza in-house at nearby Goldings Free Dive bar!
