Great service and supplies for all repairs.

    Yuss placemakers rocks!

      I have always received great service from the staff at Place Makers New Lynn. I get most of my building suppliers from this store and they have a large variety items to suit my needs

        I went to Placemakers had quite alot of keys to be cut, staff were friendly and all knew what they were doing and did it very well, all keys worked perfectly in all of the locks, staff were kind enough to tell me to come back in if they dident work and they would try again. I highly recommend this place to anyone at all! 

          They have a decent garden centre here, with a good variety of plants and needed maintenance gear. Their hardware stock is also not too bad, although some things are over priced compared with other places like Bunnings. But when they have a sale its great.

            I walked in today with 4 annoying broken household things... I walked out so happy. They stocked the rubber toilet things I needed...  They gave me advise on a leaky pipe... They had the tap aerator ( apparently thats what its called)... to fix my busted kitchen tap and they gave me the name of the company which will stock the pantry hinges I need to replace my collapsed pantry door.. So much help in such a small time.. Thank you so very much...

              Everything you could want for DIY projects, serious building jobs, gardening, or outdoor activities like BBQing. I have one of the cards so i now get $25 vouchers when I spend $250.. which is very easy. Huge range, good products.  

                The friendly staff welcome me in with a warming smile. What ever I need they will have it and I can be on my way within 10 minutes. But something always catches my eye and I spend ages looking up and down the huge aisles at all the interesting stuff.  The family tree hut that the kids built after a visit to this Placemakers with their Dad when they were little has just been taken down due to safety issues. 4 years of wind, storm's, days and nights, cold rain and warm summers and constant jumping, shaking and bumping our shoulders on, it had survived well.  Then there's the vege garden made with bits and wood from Placemakers. The veges are scrumptious and have been feeding us for quite some time too.  The deck we have our BBQ's on, the swing we made from wood & rope and the spring flowers about to bud in the garden, all from Placey's.  Thanks Placemakers for all these family memories. I know you will be providing us with plenty more.
