Prefab is a well oiled machine, a very good looking machine that roasts its own coffee, bakes its own bread and provides cheap and delicious lunches for a hungry lunch crowd or weekend bruncher.

The staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is the place for simple, no pretentious food, done really well.

Great ambience! Awesome place to be and eat:) love it!

    Prefab is a class act. Affordable menu items, amazing coffee, super attentive and friendly (but not too attentive staff), off the hook counter food and delicious bakery takeaway items. On a Saturday morning, no matter how busy they are, Prefab never dissapoints.

      I love this place, such a cool atmosphere, always buzzing, the coffee is great and really cheap - and the creamy mushrooms are the best!  Love their divine bread too - Prefab is so worth a visit when you are in Welly!

        If there was a zombie apocalypse I'd head to prefab. It's almost self sustainable, they roast all their beans on site but it is the bread they also make on site that keeps me coming back. Nothing beats the smell and the taste of freshly baked break and these guys have it down to a fine art. Word on the street that their baguettes are the closest you will get to the real thing in Paris.
