Attitudes of staff leaves much to be desired. Went in through the door, was greeted by a strong smell of chemicals. Eventually a masked staff member came to assist but was in a great hurry to have me choose my preferred style. All along my requests were being ignored

Worst experience ! They cut my little finger and it bled, exposure high risk of infection. The staff denial that they cut me yet the blood coming out my finger. I asked for50% refund, they refused and only returned back of $10 dollars, it was not fair to me. Other than that, my nails are look good. After they cut me, the general attitudes towards customer is not acceptable , total lack of customer service.

I have been going to Profesionail for nearly 7 years, I think these ladies offer great value for money and are always friendly and pleased to see me.  Unfortunately not all Profesionails are created equally.  But keep up the good work Lynmall.

Pedicures are pretty cheap, but you also get what you pay for....  

Went yesterday for a pedicure with my sister. We went early in the day so they weren’t tired or frazzled. We were greeted at the door and paid up front - a great idea!!! We chose our colour and sat down ready for our pedicure straight away. So far so good…. Then the girl who was doing my pedicure came along; unfriendly, uninterested and chewing gum. My sister on the other hand had a chatty young girl who smiled the whole way through. The highlight of any pedicure for me is when they scrap the dead skin off your feet - especially at the beginning of summer when your feet have been in shoes for all of winter!!! It seemed though that my girl could not be bothered doing that for me but everyone else getting pedicures(there were three others) got asked if they would like this - they all consented and sign the waiver. I was really disappointed by this!!! Luckily my colour looks pretty good just don’t look underneath at the dry skin!!!!
