Claude is the best locksmith in Auckland! I first met Claude 10 year ago when he cut keys for an old building that my company were moving into. He did a great job and I remembered him when my husband lost the keys to his work ute. Claude was extremely helpful and came and did the job that day. He's a great locksmith and a very nice guy. the people were who arrived to do the job .The key was broken the door was locked , I thought take the door off remove the hardware , struggle get the job done fix it go to the locke smith and buy parts .What a waste of time . I think that my attempt would have cost more than the realist charge that the job cost , I think that by using the Locksmith it was cheaper . One phone call and in less than two hours from the phone call the key had been changed .The 50 odd year old lock had been changed and I could get back to what I do best . The dogs also liked the people who came to do the job .Cheers Sail City Locksmiths Ltd .

Having issues with the locks on the house at 4pm on Friday, I thought it was wishful thinking to be able to get the locks changed. All the other 24/7 response locksmiths I rang wouldn't touch the job. Luckily I found Sail City Locksmiths. The friendly receptionist shuffled a job around and the locksmith arrived within half an hour to change the locks. The job was done quickly and the price was fair. I was extrememly pleased with the service and will definately recommend and use this company again. Thanks heaps.

Not too long ago was on my way to take kids to school and I snapped my key off in the deadbolt lock, after I locked it of course. To make things more tricky it was the one day I didnt have my bag or cell. They were locked inside. After a dash to the neighbours and a phone call the guy turned up and picked the broken key out, re-cut me a new key and bobs your uncle as we say. Fast and Furious fix.. well more fast & friendly. Love them. (Used to use another company but the star employee I used in the past moved to this company so I changed to).
