Expensive used fast fashion!! You’re more likely to get ripped off than find a bargain. The staff have no idea how to sort or price clothing correctly. The Designer sections are a joke – it’s just a ploy so they can mark up a piece from Max or Shantons. I even found clothing from the warehouse in the Designer section marked up like it wasn't a crappy brand. Most of the clothing should be around the $1-5-dollar mark. And the few retro pieces they do have are not unique enough to justify the huge price tags. Get a clue - this is why you're losing customers. Sorry Localist - I don't "Love it" anymore.

SaveMart New Lynn is one of New Zealand's biggest branches with thousands of clothes, as well as other miscellaneous bric-a-brac items. Go on a quiet weekday and have the entire store to yourself, so that you can take your time rummaging through the many racks and potentially find some gems.

This is a great place to go to when you have family coming over from the islands, they can get quite a lot, the clothes are still in good condition & theres a lot to choose from.

Savemart has a great selection for everyone, from a fancy dress section to accessories. Ball dresses to everyday wear and the hours are pretty good too!

My friends and I like to play dress ups - yep, I’m a big kid, I know. And when it comes time to create a new outfit the first place I hit up is SaveMart in New Lynn. It’s in my west Auckland hood so is just a stone’s throw from where I live but, no matter how many times I visit, I always manage to score a whole heap of new treasures for my wardrobe. My husband’s recent purchase of a corduroy suit and matching skinny for just $25 for the lot was a super steal.

If your a fan of op-shopping then it’s hard to go past Savemart. This Auckland staple for bargain foragers is warehouse sized and brimming with treasures. There are A LOT of clothes to look through. It may take a while to find something you love but it’s worth a look. The stock is constantly being topped up so you know you’re not going to be constantly rummaging through the same stuff.

Savemart is amazing and FULL of potential stunning vintage looks :)

For second hand clothes selection you can't beat these guys. There are tons of clothes all neatly displayed and color coded. But for second hand clothes its getting a bit pricey. If you look hard you can find some great deals but I'm not a fan of the 'designer' section. It's over priced for what it is most of the time.

Save Mart is the best place to come to buy your clothes it is so cheap here. you will save so much money compared to buying your clothes elsewhere where it usually costs a fortune. you can buy really cool T-shirts here for under ten bucks, i always find nice clothes here and always at a good price especially if you don't have much money.
