The Seaside market is an upbeat beach market held 9am - 3pm on the first Sunday of every month at Ngamotu Beach, New Plymouth.

The Seaside Markets are more treasured than the other markets around the region as this only happens once a month on the first Sunday. Not only is it one of the biggest markets in the region, but it also have some of the most diverse stalls. From hand picked flowers and produce to home made sweet treats, crafty wood work and home decor inspired by Scandinavian design! If you’re lucky you may even manage to get into a photo, I did last time!

    I love markets, and will go to them whenever I can since there is quite a lack of them in New Plymouth, and the Seaside Market is really something special. They’re set up the first Sunday of every month on Ngamotu Beach and are filled with crafty items, vintage home decor, and live music to give it a more relaxed vibe. The food stalls are amazing too, I think that’s the main reason I go, for the awesome food! The entry is free and the crafts and food are all pretty cheap to buy anyway!
