Perhaps some of the best customer service I've experience in New Zealand in years. Tini handled my windscreen replacement. They originally got in the wrong glass, and as I'd come from 3 hours out of city to get it done, that was potentially major issue. But Tini turned what was a potential issue into a major display of super service. So impressed, I've gone out of my way to find somewhere to leave this review. I couldn't more highly recommend Smith & Smith North Shore. I can't vouch for any other S&S branch. I'll also mentioned that Novus was originally booked (through insurance company) to handle the replacement. After nearly two weeks of me and insurance agent trying to actually speak to someone at their Penrose branch, we'd made no progress. So I was not impressed with their customer induction process. It was useless.
My parents recently had the Driver's window shattered while we were out at a restaurant (not cool....well actually cold, but not nice if you get my drift) It was the weekend and we thought they'd be stuck with it 'til the week. Not so, Insurance arranged for Smith & Smith to come out and replace the window on a Sunday. The job was done super quick and the repairer was friendly and efficient. You'd never know the window was any different to the others on the car. No-one wants to have a window/windshield smashed, but in the unlucky event yours is, don't hesitate to give Smith & Smith a call.
