If you’re passing through the seaside village of Ahuriri don’t forget to make a stop here for some wonderful Thai and Vietnam styled food. The fragrance of aromatic Thai herbs and flavoursome fresh produce make the most mouth-watering dishes from salads to spicy curries and stir fries. I am just loving the Thai Fish Cake entrée and Chicken Lemon Grass lightly sautéed in chilli.

Thank goodness for take-aways, because this popular restaurant with its Thai and Vietnam styled food is often booked out. They make a delicious garlic and black pepper prawn stir-fry and aren’t shy with the prawns. There’s a great range of appetisers and they turn out fantastic spring rolls and as well as curries there are lots of noodle, rice and Thai salad options. If you like it spicy, ask for it. Pick up only.
