Sweet Cafe in New Windsor is a casual and fun cafe. The food is fresh and inexpensive, with emphasis on traditional breakfast, wraps, rice cakes and sweet delights, all served with good coffee. The decor has vintage posters and bright cheery walls.

The boarder of Westville is now being populated with great eateries and Sweetie Cafe is definitely worth a visit, especially after the Avondale Markets!

Love this local Cafe. Supper nice staff. Lots of variety of food. Local people, local small business making a go of it.

We went to Sweeties last weekend for the first time. It was right on closing but they welcomed us with open arms and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely coffee and great food.

Yum yum yum our fav place for a treat when working round the corner a must get away from the busy day of teaching! :) we love sweetie at Marshall Laing Primary School

The perfect neighbourhood cafe, small and perfectly formed. The owners have changed but the quality seemed to have stayed.

OMG BREAKFAST BURRITO…. need I say more. Great morning after cure or brekkie on the run.

So much to choose from , so I had the custard filled donut. Will be returning soon to try even more : )

The doughnuts are amazing. I cannot resist the little jam eye that peeks at you from the counter. Really good!

Yummy!

The best spot in New Windsor for a sup of coffee.

Sweetie is a tight operation. Figuratively and literally. Highly reccommended Great coffee, excellent attitude from the staff and really tasty food, with a couple of menu items that are not the run of the mill 'eggs bene / french toast / bacon etc...'  Cakes and sweets are perfect, and the decor is quirky/ bachy/italian movie poster-y? I've tried the sardines and sticky rice - excellent addtions to a menu. Previous owner of the nearby Salvation Kitchen in Avondale, which was/is still an excellent place.
