There is a reason this place has been NZ Best Restaurant over and over again....its nothing short of INCREDIBLE

        Great food,

          That's some of the most amazing food I've ever eaten. We went for 9 courses with matching wine and I must admit, the chef knows his stuff. It looks simple but it's full of amazing flavours and the presentation is stunning! Also, the service is really great. You'll get all the background info about the matching wines and they really complement the amazing food. Hopefully, we'll get a chance to do it again some time.

            Top of the range. Very posh and on the more expensive price range, but worth it!

                Dining here is always a taste sensation, just great food in a constantly innovating menu. Its a must go in Auckland

                  An Auckland institution this restaurant is still one of the best fine dining establishments in the city. The food is incredible, wine list is sublime. A perfect place to go for a special meal.

                    There’s a reason why The French Cafe has consistently won awards over the years. We had the tasting menu with matching wines. Highlights included the kingfish ceviche, the roasted quail and the poached pears. The service was exceptional and each dish was full of amazing flavours and textures. My Mum described the meal as a taste explosion and I wasn’t going to argue with her. For the record be prepared to spend some money ($140 each).
