I don't own any cats or dogs as I am a renter, but I can't resist stepping into the Pet Shop Taupo whenver I am out that way to check out the cute puppies and kittens there! Someone please buy one! If you're more of a fish person, take home a goldfish. the staff at the Pet Shop also know their stuff and will be able to assist with an animal related queries.
The Pet Shop in Taupo is seriously the best Pet Shop around. I have purchased a pet and loads of products over the last 5 plus years and these guys have always provided great service and are hugely knowledgable and passionate about animals. I would challenge anyone to find a better Pet Shop in New Zealand!
