Ponsonby's only Japanese owned take out sushi counter. Selections available at lunch to go.

Made exclusively for Tokyo Club by the sake masters of Kawatsuru Brewery, Shikoku Isalnd, Japan.

A who’s who of Auckland small business operators.

Sarasa sake exclusive to Tokyo Club made by Kawatsuru Brewery Japan.

What a pleasant little find in Ponsonby Central. I had the prawn and squid pizza with a pancake dough filled with fried cabbage. Very yummy lunch meal, will be back to sample the rest of the menu!

Interesting! Would be keen to try :)

Lively place for delicious Japanese with super friendly service! Amazing atmosphere in or out + Ponsonby Central is the place to be! P.s love their okonomiyaki & Karaage to crave for!

Sounds yum! :)

Ponsonby Central. Best Isakaya Japanese. That goes for Jimmy the Fish on the Laneway too.

I wandered through Ponsonby Central for the first time last weekend, and was impressed with the variety of eating options.  We chose Tokyo Club for lunch, and enjoyed a couple of things we hadn't tried before - the Japanese pizza (I have no idea if this is "authentic" or not, but it tasted great), and the cream cheese and bacon spring roll, as well as some other Japanese staples.   Having eaten a lot of Japanese food I liked the fact that there were some new things to try and explore.  And Tokyo Club is in a buzzy little setting in the heart of Ponsonby Central.  A good spot.
