I love that the Tomato Cafe not only makes great food and is one of our nation's top cafes, but that they also follow a fair trade ethos. They are one of 22 fantastic businesses, community groups and unions across the country who are an accredited living-wage employer, which means they pay every one of their staff a minimum of the agreed hourly living wage of $18.80.
