Just had the Mushroom pizza and it was delish! First time eating from TM and wont be my last! P.S Would’ve uploaded a pic only I ate it before remembering to take a pic!

My absolute favourite pizza joint in Wellington is Tommy Million’s, on the corner of Taranaki and Courtenay Place. You can buy by the $5 slice if you’re in the area (remember to add a generous helping of chilli oil) or, for between $25 and $30, by the pizza. There are "toppings of the day" offered as well as the standard options like pepperoni and mushroom, and half-and-half is available. The gelato (especially the lolly cake flavour) is pretty good, too.

The best takeaway pizza slice in town, and even when they’re bad, they’re better than anywhere else. Most times I go here I temporarily end up thinking I’m in New York, Montreal or Toronto. A+++

Just as delicious at dinner time as it is at 2am. They have an awesome range of pizza flavours (I recommend the Porker) and at $5 a slice, a real good deal!

Tommy is a pizza genius. The dough is amazing and the wide selection of toppings makes this a must eat. Also they sell icecream: delicious delicious ice cream!

The pizza and staff at Tommy Millions rule. I love the four cheese and the mushroom pizza, topped off with chilli oil. They also offer gelato and subs, and the staff are always super friendly and rad!

With no food in my fridge after a long trip to Australia, I found myself hungry and tired on Courtenay Place a little past lunch time until something caught my eye. 2 for 1 margherita slices for $5? Within minutes, my belly was full of yummy pizza (topped with oregano and chilli flakes and dipped in chilli oil) and a classically American--and extremely rare--can of A&W cream soda. I don't know why I'd waited so long to test out the hype I'd been hearing about Tommy Millions. With crazy lunch deals every weekday, night owl hours, and plenty of room to park your bum along Courtenay Place or in Te Aro Park, you have no excuse to wait as long as I did.

Best coffee counter in a converted public toilet in Wellington

It stares you in the face as you walk past. Order it by the slice or take the whole thing! These massive New York style pizzas are the biz. Located in a trendy outdoor kiosk on Courtenay Place makes this pizza joint easily accessible at any hour of the day.

It is incredibly difficult to walk past Tommy Millions without finding yourself gravitating towards pizza by the slice!
