When it colds, your tummy would crave for something warm and...maybe cheesy? I always excited on their special pizza of the day!

A great local find, Lyshe, thanks for recommending this spot so other visitors and locals in Wellington can check it out too.

Gelato and enormous pizzas - Tommy Millions has got everything you'd ever need in one place on Courtney Place! Rest assured whether its during a drunken walk home or an afternoon stroll, pizza from this joint is always fresh and delicious. If pizza for some reason doesn't tickle your fancy then the gelato surely will. This is an iconic eatery in Wellington , you won't find any Wellington who doesnt have a fond memory of Tommy Millions pizza!

Best pizza!

Tommy Millions offers up amazing thin crust pizza by the slice. Super convenient for grabbing a snack on your way to and from downtown activities, Tommy Millions is located on the corner of Courteney place and Taranaki street. They even do a cheeseless, vegan option with heaps of veggies for the price of a margarita, if you ask nicely!

Though also part of the Bresolin brother’s family, the pizza here sits well with its slightly larger base size and the ability to buy by the slice. Ingredients are well prepared with skilled staff firing your pizza in the oven for you, open late and operating as a gelataria a great place to stop for a late night bite on the weekends but also a good stop for lunch if you happen to be on Courtney Place.

Tommy Million’s comes into its own in the summertime – because it’s perfectly located for you to grab a pizza to take to the waterfront or Frank Kitts Park. Order it by the slice or by the box and check out the daily deals. Plus you could go the whole hog and get a carton of its creamy gelato to go, too.

I reckon there's something of a rivalry between Tommy Millions and Pizza Pomodoro in the Wellington 'pizza scene' – it's the closest we've got to a gang rivalry, to be honest, now that Moa is conclusively trailing in the dust left by Tuatara (#shotsfired). But as much as I appreciate Pizza Pomodoro's $10 Margarita deal, my heart will always belong to Tommy's pepporoni, in part because the staff are always down for a late-night, alcohol-fuelled chat when you're getting a snack on your way home from town. A warning from someone who's learned the hard way, though: go easy with the spicy oil...

$5 a slice, it’s good at 3pm or 3am.

Love the pizza, love the getting a huge slice and eating it in the open.

I don't know how many times I have sauntered past Tommy Millions and told whoever I have been with that I can't wait to try one of their pizza slices. Unfortunately for me I waited this long! Finally I stopped in and ordered a steaming slice of "Porker". The dough was delicious and covered in homemade sausages and slices of salami all drizzled in chewy mozzarella. $5.50 for a huge slice is a bargain for such a tasty pizza.
