Hell hole run by a dominatrix. You can tell how professional she is by her responses to some of these negative reviews. I came here when they were called Royal Beauty ( hmm... funny how they changed their name... no doubt to escape 'bad business'). I had a Grabone deal, I bought one extra service, she 'accidentally' charged my card twice, and then refuses to give me a refund saying ' I don't know how'. She makes you take another service instead, to the value of. Has no problem covering you with IPL burns either. AVOID this place like the plague unless you want to be covered in scars, and be ripped off for the privilege

          NIGHTMARE CLINIC. Left me with HORRIBLE IPL burns. They claimed no responsibility and tried to peddle bull creams and gels instead. No recuperation or apology, didn't finish my sessions. SO disappointed and disgusted.

              The service was great and the treatments. I bought a VIP package and it is great value!!!

                Absolute rip-off! Purchased 12 sessions upper-lip IPL and it doesn't work. They try to convince me to buy more sessions after that. The owner is a certified beautician but she hire intern (non-registered beautician) to perform the treatments and take care of the shop. The IPL machine has not been certified. The owner is not in the shop most of the time and I reckon the intern didn't select the correct laser settings to use based on my skin type and condition.

                  Absolute rip-off! Purchased Groupon for 4 areas, which were clearly outlined on offer. Get to appointment to be told a brazillian is 4 yes FOUR areas and not 1 as stipulated. Voucher was valued at $5100 for 6 months of treatment. Treatment room has opaque glass but you could still see the person next to you - and they can see you! Avoid at all costs - and cost it will if voucher value is to be believed - $850 per treatment of braz!
